The Wildest Dreams initiative is a grant program facilitated by Urban Exodus and funded by the Hessler Future's Fund. The Hessler Future's Fund is a family foundation formed by UE founder Alissa Hessler, and her partner Jacob Hessler, in 2026. Inspired and informed by the work at UE - The Wildest Dreams initiative's goal is to help amplify and fund the work of paradigm shifters, change makers, nature protectors and organizations who are charting a better way forward.  The mission of this fund is to provide cash grants to early-to-mid stage nonprofit organizations who are working in the following areas:

1. Building bridges between urban and rural communities; facilitating more connectedness and understanding through shared experiences.

2. Implementing localized agriculture and climate resilience projects in urban and rural places.

3. Providing nature-based experiences to communities with limited access to nature.

4. Land restoration and conservation projects in urban and rural places.

5. Building/maintaining community aid libraries where people can share resources, reuse materials and check out tools/items.​
